Operations Team Member
We created one of the Boston area’s most exciting ethnic retail businesses serving both in-store and online (local and national) customers and we would like to hire the best people to achieve our mission. Job Duties:
• Service in-store and online customers
• Update customer relationship management system with service notes
• Manage product inventory and make data updates on the relevant information systems
• Organize display shelves, stock, and tag products
• Manage relationships with vendors, order and receive products
• Fulfill, pack, and ship internet orders
• Conduct quality control on all perishable items
• Dispose of recycling and trash items, clean facilities
• Support other personnel where needed
What we offer:
• $16 starting hourly rate adjusted periodically

Job Requirements:
• Be a joyful person that enjoys the company of others and believes in teamwork
• We do not require grocery/retail experience but experience in a customer service-oriented position is highly desirable
• Be willing to work in an environment where you’re moving around the store in different positions. One day you could be cashier, next day stocking, and following day working in the office managing our website orders
• We need your suggestions and ideas. We’re going to have an open environment where your brain will be as useful as your hands.

Data & Analytics Associate

Job Duties:
• Maintain our online and in-store product databases (new product entry and pricing, existing product updates)
• Manage social media marketing channels (message development, copywriting, publishing)
• Manage paid marketing and advertising platforms such as Google
• Respond to various web inquiries from vendors and guests as the first point of contact in collaboration with store operations personnel
• Generate performance reports and participate in strategic and tactical idea creation
• Support various new projects until they become part of routine operations
• Support operations staff where needed
